We aim to set the highest standard in Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resouces recruiting for small and medium enterprises (SME) in Tokyo by providing an efficient, effective and enjoyable service.
The majority of the foreign capital companies in Japan fall into the SME category. Coupled with fierce competition for talent from big companies and the increasing number of Tokyo start-ups, SME employers face immense challenges when searching for the right candidate.
Recruiting difficulties are exacerbated when a strong recruiting partner cannot be found. Career Scout Japan was set-up specifically to provide a higher level of recruiting service to Tokyo's SMEs.
Message from the Managing Director
I am fully committed to delivering a first-class candidate-focused recruiting service to SMEs. This highly candidate-centric and customer service driven recruiting methodology is the product of recruiting expertise I've developed since 2006. To date, I've helped more than 200 mid-career professionals advance their career, many of which obtained pay increases or promotions, at foreign capital companies.
Many large scale global recruiting firms in Tokyo assign the majority of their resources and best recruiters to “big name clients,” which leaves little left over for SMEs. Unfortunately, the service provided produces less than stellar recruiting results. This puts SMEs at risk of missing a critical hire. I set-up Career Scout Japan specifically to address this need for an efficient, effective and enjoyable recruiting service to help SMEs achieve success.
