Responsibilities
- Contribute to various HR projects
- Participate in annual salary review, make variable bonus schemes, and coordinate bonus payment processes
- Develop and report on various C&B strategies
­- Develop and implement C&B related policies, guidelines, processes, etc.
­
Qualifications
­- Bachelor’s degree or higher
­- Business level English
­- 1 year experience in C&B
­- 3+ years experience in Payroll
- B2B services background a plus!
