業務内容

Line Management Responsibility:
End to end process management of quote to cash
i. Quotation
ii. Order Entry
iii. Delivery Date Management
iv. Invoice
v. Return
vi. Backlog Management
vii. Customer Communication related to the above transaction
System Upgrade/ Change/ Maintain
i. SAP
ii. Distributor Portal
iii. Customer/ Price Master
Manage Internal/ External Audit
Maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Continuous contribution to achieve NPL goal - Process kaizen and work process re-engineering
- Manage team of Operations.
- Problem avoidance by taking proactive actions.
- Professional learning and improvement to improve SCM related skill.
- Implement new practice to fit with organization.
- Development training to be a Leader.
- Financial/Budget Responsibility:
- Third party indirect sourced staffs
- Main KPI - Annual Sales / On Time Delivery / 24H Order Entry / 48H Block Management and Clean Order Entry / Return Process Management within 30 days / CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) / Retention %

応募資格

Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Sales Order system and process
- Competent in PC skills (MS Word, Excel Formula, PowerPoint)
- SAP SD module
- CRM for Customer Service
Essential Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor degree. Above preferred.
- TOEIC score 800
- SCM knowledge
Essential Previous Experience:
- Data input operation experience.
- Customer Service related experience.
- SCM related experience.
