Responsibilities
- Order entry for local deliveries with local ERP systems
- Co-ordination with 3PL’s on order processing, shipment of products and inventory
- Monitor shipping of goods and local deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track, analyze and report inventory, freight and other costing activities
- Ensure that all activities are in line with the group’s global customer service and logistics process
- Ensure all delivery-related documents are in order and properly and digitally filed
- Handle direct import from order entry to domestic delivery
- Manage local ERP system’s registration details
- Complaint handling
- Sales and customer support

Qualifications
- Native Japanese
- A fair level of English both in writing and in speaking
- At least three years of work experience in customer service, deliveries to customers, supply chain, logistics or the like of business with tangible products
- Capable of data entry into ERP systems
- Capable of working in a fully-digitalized environment
- Use of MS Teams and other MS 365 applications
- Capable of using on-line communication as a default
- Work as a good part of the team spreading all over the companies in Japan and other countries
- Experience in a basic degree of accounting is a plus
- Experience in the chemical or its related industry is a plus
