業務内容

- The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for the leadership and management oversight of the Japanese Logistics, Merchandise Planning and Inventory Control functions, whilst complying with all applicable policy and procedural guidelines and the “Code of Ethical Standards and Business Practices and Conduct”
- This includes the responsibility for the development and management of inventory flow in conjunction with
merchandise sales forecasts, supply and supply chain capacity plans.
- The role manages OTB, SKN Budgets, DC & Store Inventory (In-Stocks, Stock Turns, and Aged Inventory) DC
Operations, International and Domestic Freight Demand & supply management, and Productivity.
- Importantly this role is a key driver for leading logistics and freight to deliver business initiatives. This role is responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders to embed Supply Chain Best In Class practices within the Japanese operation giving a competitive advantage
- “S&OP – Sales And Operational Planning”. The skill to manage across business functions various plans - Merchants Plans, Financial plans, Supply Chain Capacity plans, etc.

応募資格

- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Strong working knowledge of forecasting and planning
- Strong experience in forecasting and purchasing
- Experience in managing third party suppliers and their service levels
- Experience in managing a team
- Solid communication skills, computer skills (Microsoft applications), interpersonal skills, analytical and
math skills, problem-solving resolution, intervention skills, and organizational skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business administration or Engineering degrees.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail industry including at least 5 years in an inventory and distribution
management capacity 
- Minimum 7 years managing and responsibility for Budget/Sales.
- Proven Experience in using ERP systems and tools including legacy systems.
- Proficient in the use of databases and spreadsheets, and previous experience managing a high volume
of data
