■ このポジションは年に30~40ものポジションの採用を担当していただきます!
■ ほとんどの上級管理職の方が大手米国企業から来ているので、モチベーション高く勤務できます!
■ レポート先はTAマネージャーになります。(TAチームは現在、マネージャー1名、パートナー2名、コーディネーター1名で構成されています。) 


業務内容

- Ensure fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timeline 
­- Source candidates and develop networks of people and process to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in region of coverage 
­- Create positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communication
­- Ensure high efficiency in recruitment process; overcome obstacles and bottlenecks to allow company to be competitive in the talent market
­- Manage the day-to-day recruitment activity with a solution-oriented mindset 
­- Ensure end to end recruitment practice compliance with legal requirements 
­- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with regular evaluations of the applicant pool, recruitment channel efficiency, cost per hire, etc. to identify trends and cost effectiveness 
­- Be a brand champion on all platforms, consistently sharing our opportunities and telling our story, so as to create awareness for company as employer of choice across the country 
­- Establish credibility with business stakeholders, wider HR communities as well as talent network 
­- Keep track of requisitions and applicants, using our requisition/applicant tracking system
­- Lead various initiatives to strengthen employer branding and improve customer experience 
­- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
­- Conduct compensation analyses to prepare job offer letters 
­- Keep track of hire metrics 
­- Other duties may be assigned

応募資格

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
­- Over 4 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting
­- Experiences in screening resumes and interviewing candidates
­- Strategic thinking and ‘can do’ spirit
­- Capability of handling ambiguity
­- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
­- Business level English
­- Demonstrate a high degree of independent decision-making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive time lines
­- Agile and flexible to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements
­- Able to work as a team
