Responsibilities
Position will cover a wide area of responsibility with dual roles as a strategic HR Director for Japan and regional HR leader. 

Responsibilities include:
- Driving the HR strategy for Japan and regional offices in APAC
- Consulting management on HR issues to drive the business strategy
- Advise management on compliance and labor issues
- Lead programs to drive employee engagement
- Lead and drive C&B/Total Rewards projects and strategy for Japan and global
- Manage the entire Japan HR team
- Drive operational excellence
- Coaching and talent management 
- Ensure long-term plans for succession planning, organizational development, and strategic staffing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 10 years or more HR experience
- Experience in global organizations
- Leadership skill
- Strong communication skills
- Labor law and regulations knowledge
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus!
- Strong C&B planning experience a plus!
