業務内容

- Course and workshop coordination and delivery
- Improve internal process using Information technology
- Course Set up and coordinate class logistics
- Provide on-site administrative support
- Communication with internal customers
- Produce/manage course materials and compile end-of-course evaluation
- Secure, Support and coordinate internal and external facilitators, vendors and courses
- Opportunity to develop into some course facilitation
- Data Management: manage the input of course and trainers data, monitor course metrics, associate registration, post course reporting and ensuring the integrity of training documentation through the LMS reporting system. 
- Team Support and Involvement:support and work closely with members of Learning and Development team and HR team in Japan to help to provide efficient and effective services to the customers. The associate will also liaise with Global L&D team to ensure that the expectations of customers are met consistently.

応募資格

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Business level English
- Experience working on projects
- Flexibility 
- Strong Microsoft Office and PC skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
- Ability to perform administrative duties accurately while maintaining a high level of customer Service and professionalism.
- Ability to effectively communicate (both written and oral) and collaborate with diverse range of people and job functions.
- A commitment to customer service in interactions with learners, trainers and team members.
