■ 3名のSCMスタッフ、2名のQA/QCのスタッフ計5名のマネージをしていただきます。
■ 当ポジションのレポート先はシンガポールにいるAPACのヘッドSCMです。日本のジェネラルマネジャーにも間接的にレポートしていただきます。 


業務内容

- Understand market and customer requirements and ensure timely and efficient supply into market to fulfill customer orders and maximize selling opportunities.
- Lead to fine tune key logistics operations and customer support process relative to order collection, submission and delivery.
- Lead to make consumers service satisfaction, foresee issues and deal with complains within corporate regulation.
- Lead to incorporate all key business activities of functional streams for a successful SAP Operations in Japan.
- Understand Company's internal process and Japan business model and market needs.
- Communicate and translate into process
- Lead order submission and confirmation process to ensure timely supply into market
- Lead new season’s order placement, from forecast stage to final upload into SAP
- Lead logistic function and drive efficient operation of 3PL
- Control and manage all products in Japan stock
- Follow up and control supply of products. Regularly communicate with supply chain to ensure smooth deliveries
- Recommend customer & consumer support initiatives related to order delivery for efficient business.
- As a Key user to contribute to SAP implementation by identifying and raising issues, proposing enhancements

応募資格

- Logistics, especially deep knowledge of handling goods in Distribution Centre.
- Customer Service and Supply chain knowledge – understanding of procedures between Global HQ and Japan local office through SAP
- Advanced Excel and relevant tools
- SAP (ERP)
- Strong internal communication skill with key business contacts
- Good at English and Japanese in oral & written
- Strong Management of a 3rd party logistics partner – strong negotiations and instructions to move the partner more useful as partner.
- Customer service, supply chain with items of a long supply chain and a large number of SKU.
- Experienced on service process and policies build up and improvement
- Good team player and people management
