業務内容

Purchasing Staff(ヨーロッパ系電子機器メーカー)

The company is looking for a results-oriented individual to assume responsibility for sourcing parts materials purchasing activities to enable the company to meet business plan requirements by securing a reliable supply chain, optimizing cost structure, ensuring quality standards and any aspects of purchasing job roll.
The Purchasing Staff executes adequate and timely parts supply, cost savings, inventory managing aligning with Purchasing manager.
The successful purchasing staff will be responsible for the procurement activities for the company's business, ensuring that customers always have the required products / services on hand at the best terms. 

Main responsibilities & Tasks:
- Maintain strong and smooth parts supply from suppliers
- Build and manage robust supplier relationships
- Understand the target material cost of each products and negotiate cost, LT and MOQ and Terms & Condition's Commercial Analysis with suppliers to accomplish the target level
- Understand market landscape and supplier capabilities and roadmaps
- Facilitate VA/VE activities and technical roadmap collaboration with suppliers

応募資格

- Minimum 5+ years in any of following: Purchasing / Procurement / Engineering

- Proper communication skills with suppliers
- Good listening communication skills (written and verbal) 
- Experience in using ERP systems 
- Computer literate > advanced knowledge of productivity software (i.e. MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Business-level English skills (TOEIC 730 or above)
(If candidate is non-Japanese, Japanese skills <Japanese proficiency test> must be equivalent to 1kyu level)
- Work experience at Multi-lingual organization
- Basic project management capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of Business/ Business Administration/Management/ Engineering/ Supply Chain- Work experience at Electrical industry is plus!
