- Place orders to warehouse for service parts requested by Service team
- Confirm / adjust delivery deadline and shipping address
- Returned items processing
- Ensure and conduct double entry bookkeeping to align warehouse numbers from logistics company with Company's SAP data
- Conduct annual inventory stock taking
- Ensure that workflows are running smoothly and drive efficiencies in business processes
- Align reorder points and processes with HQ
- Check and manage invoices from relevant partners

- Japan Customer Service team
- Japan Services (Repair service) team
- HQ Logistics and Service teams
- Service Partners (Outsourcing repairers)
- External: Warehouse company
- External: Import partner (logistics company)

- Good general knowledge of warehouse management
- Good general knowledge of order management
- Experience with controlling topics, KPI logistic targets and invoices

Other knowledge and experience:
- SAP experience
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Business level English (both written and spoken)
- Logistics knowledge is preferable
