Responsibilities
Overall:
- Build midterm strategy of the assigned function in alignment with global headquarter.
- Budget building, execution and monitoring.
- Support and manage individual project to complete on time.
- Monitor KPI of each group to provide stable, smooth and efficient operation.
- Service vendor management
- Project for change management.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Demand planning for production and procurement.
- Inventory control
- International and domestic logistics operation (B2B).
- Order taking and sales order management.
- Final inspection at the 3PL facility.
- Manage and conduct regular payroll operations in collaboration with an external agency

Service Logistics:
- Accessary & Spare parts supply chain management
- Management of logistics for B2C, Repair and EC channels

Account Support:
- Order taking / Spare parts
- Repair sales management
- EC shipping control

Qualifications
- Working experience in an International company with deep exposure to the global HQ
- Demand planning / SCM expertise
- Project Management / Business Process Optimization experience
- Budget creation and control experience
- Solid people management capability to motivate and develop diversified talents with emotional and intellectual motivations with good balance of flexibility and determination
- Open minded and encouraging personality to lead to nurture a culture of trust, engagement and growth
- Strategic agility to formulate upstream strategy with clear and consistent connection to day-to- day sales activities (Big picture thinker with good attention to details)
- Leadership and influencing skills to drive changes within the organization and managerial courage to give critical but respectful feedback to individuals where necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, collaborate and involve internal and external stakeholders
