Responsibilities

- Act as stand-alone HR Manager for Japan handling all areas of HR
- Report directly overseas
- Recruitment: Manage and carry out the end-to-end recruiting process in coordination with local and global stakeholders
­- Talent Management: Manage employee evaluations, career development/planning, and promote L&D programs based on results to further employee performance.
­- Policy / work rules: Manage and update work rules and policies. Ensure compliance with local and regional policies/requirements.
­- Compensation & Benefits: Manage C&B plans, design and implement updates plans to drive employee and business performance
­- Payroll / Operations: Manage payroll process in coordination with payroll vendor
­- Position will not handle GA tasks  

Qualifications

­- Bachelor’s degree or higher
­- Business level English
­- Strong communication skills
­- Well-rounded experience in all areas of HR
­- Ability to be a hands-on manager
­- Manufacturing or other b2b experience a plus!
­- Company is open to both experienced HR Managers or HR Generalists looking to step up in their career
