Responsibilities
Position will be a senior HR BP supporting with a wide area of strategic HR areas working closely with senior management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a variety of HR programs to push the business strategy and help achieve business goals
- Consult with senior business unit leaders and managers and provide HR solutions
- Provide policy update recommendations, planning, and implementation
- Lead Talent Management and Development programs aligned with business goals
- Push change management initiatives to help with growth of the company
- Stakeholder management
- Organizational development and design
- Talent Acquisition strategy planning, employer branding, succession planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in a wide range of HR areas including strategic and operational experience
- Business level English
- Ability to manage stakeholders and create relationships
- Experience in 外資系 companies highly desired!
- HR BP experience in medium size global companies a plus!
