Position is responsible for leading the HR function for company's Japan business while working closely with local and global management to champion company culture and execution of HR programs to meet the company's business objectives. Position will report directly to the regional HR Head and work with business leaders in a matrix reporting structure.
Responsibilities will cover:
HR Business Partner
－ Build credibility as a business partner with the management team and with employees as a trusted advocate
－ Understand the business environment and industry within which the company operates
－ Develop and implement the talent strategy in partnership with business leaders.
－ Identify and address organizational barriers to delivering strategic initiatives.
－ Identify and develop High Potential and Successor candidates to meet future talent requirements. Implement career development programs to retain talent.
－ Ensure the timely establishment and evaluation of annual performance objectives in line with approved PD goals and development plans.
－ Develop and implement a plan to develop leadership talent and high potential talent.
－ Develop and implement an engagement plan in collaboration with management to retain and grow talent
－ Collaborate with regional TA team to identify and plan strategy for staffing needs in align with business goals
－ Manage the onboarding process and transition of new employees into the company

－ Bachelor’s degree or higher
－ Strong HR experience
－ Business level English
－ Experience in HR management or business partner roles where responsibilities included collaborating with leaders to drive business goals
－ Strong business acumen
－ Demonstrated history of improvement, high performance, and strong judgement/communication skill
－ Medical device / healthcare industry experience a plus！
－ Strong HR BP experience highly desired！
