Responsibilities
*Below responsibilities may be adjusted according to the current needs of the company

Position includes tasks related to various areas of HR (eventually expanding into Talent acquisition and Talent development), however position responsibilities strongly center around:

Payroll

- Monthly salary payment
- Checking application forms from employees related to salary payment content, payment procedure for each allowance
- Data on joining, leaving, and changing employees, employee ledger management
- Procedures for employees who plan to join the company, retire, leave work, or return to work
- Attendance system management
- Create salary/bonus allowance data, create salary/bonus journal data
- Various settlement operations

Labor Management

- Knowledge of the Labor laws and practices in Japan
- Reviewing and maintaining practices that are in adherence to related Japanese labor laws

Additional HR responsibilities related to talent acquisition and talent management may be added.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business-level English
- Knowledge of Japanese labour laws
- 4 years of experience in HR, with payroll experience
- Retail experience a plus!
