Responsibilities
Position will work in a team and be a key member of the talent acquisition strategy of hiring and attracting top talent in the market.
- Ensure fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timeline
- Source candidates and develop networks to support a strong pipeline
- Create positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate
- Ensure high efficiency in recruitment process allowing company to be competitive in talent market
- Manage the day-to-day recruitment activity with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ensure end to end recruitment practice compliance with legal requirements
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with regular evaluations of the applicant pool, recruitment channel efficiency, cost per hire, etc. to identify trends and cost effectiveness
- Be a brand champion and marketing the employer brand of the company to attract talented candidates
- Establish credibility with business stakeholders
- Manage requisitions and applicants, using recruitment system
- Lead various initiatives to strengthen employer branding and improve customer experience
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Conduct compensation analyses to prepare job offer letters
- Keep track of hire metrics
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with screening and interviewing
- Strategic thinking
- Capability of handling ambiguity
- Business level English, native/near-native level Japanese
- Demonstrate a high degree of independent decision-making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive time lines
- Agile and flexible to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements
- Able to work as a team
