業務内容

- Achieve organization’s business/financial target
- Accountable for the daily operation of Logistics & Supply Chain Organization in Japan, including interface with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders 
- Improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and safety
- Provide visible leadership, ensuring Logistics/Supply Chain has the right staff in right roles and individuals remain developed and motivated to deliver excellent operation. 
- Represent Logistics/Supply Chain in Japan and work closely with the Cluster Supply Chain team to deliver the cluster strategies and projects
- Ensure safe and efficient logistics services in Japan
- Stabilize and improve the new process (SAP) by taking strong leadership
- Develop logistics strategy to improve cost competitiveness
- Optimize stock control to reduce working capital in cooperation with Sales team
- Accountable for resource plan (FTE), recruitment plan, succession plan and talent development in Logistics/Supply Chain Team
- Responsible for product quality control.
- Assess and mitigate operational risk
- Review contractors and third party warehouse performance
- Responsible for action taken to address the cause of customer dissatisfaction 
- Support sales team to maximize their performance
- Accountable for the execution of the Business Continuity Plan for logistics/supply chain operations

応募資格

- 5+ years’ experience in logistics/supply chain area (Import & Land logistics operation)
- Knowledge of products and handling hazardous materials
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, contracting and market Forecasting
- Knowledge of operating process 
- Knowledge of Safety, Security and Environment and emergency response
- Negotiation skill, Analytical skill
- Personal leadership skills demonstrated by promoting customer focus and team spirit, improving team performance and motivating staff
- Good at Microsoft office tools skill/ERP System (SAP)
- Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and to constantly seek for improvement needs and opportunities
- Good communicator and team leader, capability of influence
