Responsibilities
- Assist to meet team’s budget by helping daily activities
- Manage of booking creation requests from various Asia ports.
- Handle on follow ups for rate filing.
- Assist tender process for both Global and non-Global accounts contract.
- Create bookings requested from South East Asia ports.
- Create bookings requested from North East Asia ports.
- Send OOG/DG requests for loading approval.
- Send requests to origin for any special equipment requests.
- Follow up with sales for rate filings.
- Follow up on emails from other Asia ports regarding on bookings created or etc.

Qualifications
Experiences:
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in shipping industry.
