Responsibilities
－ Position will cover all HR Operations for the Japan office including:
－ Employee onboarding/offboarding
－ Compensation and benefits
－ Performance management
－ Budget planning
－ Talent management/development
－ HR project implementation
－ Data analysis and management

Qualifications
－ Bachelor's degree or higher
－ Business level English
－ 5 years or more HR Generalist experience
－ Experience with payroll and C＆B
－ Leadership ability
－ Strong communication skills
－ Staff management experience a plus！
－ Manufacturing or other b2b industry experience a plus！
