■15名のCSスタッフと5名のOperations Staffをマネジメント頂き、Commercial Ops Directorがレポート先となります。


Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for leading the Operation and Customer Support in making the customer's experience the best it can be. You will be responsible for building strong team to participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. 
Main responsibility:
- Managing the shipping and receiving department
- Managing Billing and Customer data base
- Supervise, plan, organize, coordinate activities and operations of the Customer Support team
- Expedite and coordinate the flow of work between internal departments like Sales, Marketing

Qualifications

- Experience in operation and customer service department.
- Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types
- Business English
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills
- Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth
- Possess a service excellence mindset and strong customer focused orientation with good
interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally and in a tactful manner with internal
and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Good IT skills with ability to learn software applications quickly. Experience in Salesforce.com
will be advantageous
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Work experience in a medical device customer-based/facing environment will be a plus
