Responsibilities

Position will cover L&D as a manager for Japan and regional APAC countries​

Responsibilities:

- Organizational development

- Sales related training planning and execution

- Consulting from a business partner perspective and providing solutions in the form of learning and development programs

- Demonstrate the effectiveness of training programs using data and provide analysis

- Drive process improvement and regional projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Business level English

- 10+ years experience in related fields: Talent Management/Development, L&D/Training

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Strong communication skills

- Sales training experience as L&D professional a plus
