Responsibilities
This position will be a strategic business partner working closely with local management to drive change and support the business growth through various HR activities.

- Change management: Drive change in the organization while working closely with various stakeholders
- Company culture: Develop a company culture to motivate and retain employees
- Employee engagement: Improve communication and engagement among employees
- Organizational development: Strategically analyze and promote optimizing of organization
- Talent management and development
- Training and learning
- C&B planning: Ensure company has competitive compensation and benefits
- Performance management: Performance review and evaluations
- Talent Acquisition planning and execution
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 7+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Business level English
- Labor law knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in HR for small-medium size global organizations a plus!
- Experience working in a matrix reporting structure a plus!
