Responsibilities
Position will lead the entire HR function covering a wide range of responsibilities such as:
- Recruitment - end-to-end recruitment for specialist / niche positions
- Employee engagement - Manage engagement programs and plan/adjust to match the needs of the organization
- HR Business Partnering- Consult leaders while working closely to find ways to achieve business goals
- HR Policies - Manage and plan/update policies in accordance with needs of business and employees
- Build company culture - Manage and plan programs to improve/build company culture
- Data management - Manage employee data confidentially
- Oversee operations and C&B (payroll/social insurance is outsourced)
- Work closely with regional colleagues on HR projects
- Talent management/development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experience working for b2b industries such as: b2b services, manufacturing, medical, etc highly preferred
- Business level English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Candidates with business experience related to Korea or Korean language capability a plus! (not required)
- Technical services or manufacturing/medical device industry experience a plus!
