業務内容

- Development: identification of development needs and drafting, checking, executing and
monitoring talent development plans
- Organizational changes: organizational analysis, drafting of organizational charts, role profiles, core
competencies frameworks, role mapping, career paths, job rotations, job enrichments, drafting
internal communication
- Performance management process and calibration meetings
- Compensation & Benefit: budget definition and monitoring and compensation
processes, update and remake retirement benefit/Incentive scheme/bonus plan.
- Recruitment: sourcing, assessing and recruiting the right talent at the right time for the business
- Training: needs assessment, induction and on boarding plans; Assess and select new possible
vendors to conduct training, schedule classes, set up logistics, systems and equipment, coordinate
enrolment, coordinate new employee training.
- Employees relations included labour agreements, litigation, disciplinary actions,
separations and monitoring compliance with internal policies and local regulations
- Payroll: guarantee correct monthly payslips for the subsidiary in accordance with Country
regulations and Corporate policies; maintain relationships with Institutions and guarantee the
compliance with all HR regulations for the subsidiary; advice managers and HQ for possible
issues and propose possible solutions, manage and verify all employees time record (Web
system), maintain payroll data filing.
- Update employee database, prepare and analyse HR data, maintain individual employee file,
monitor KPI
- Partner and collaborate with other HR colleagues to deliver cross HR initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Labour laws knowledge
- Business level English
- Strong English speaking skills a plus!
