Responsibilities
Position will manage all HR & GA functions for Japan while working closely with APAC HR and Japan Country Manager.
- Manage talent acquisition end-to-end process, support the local management with talent identification, develop talents locally, work closely with Management for global mobility projects
- Design and deliver employee L&D plans
- Conduct workshops and training for Managers and Employees
- Implement Global HR Learning and Development initiatives
- Perform review and recommendation for C&B proposals with Management
- Perform C&B data analysis
- Review/Update local HR Policy and benefits
- Ensure clear communication and implementation of the Global HR Performance Management Framework locally
- Support local Management with the Performance Management process in alignment with global HR process
- Act as Business Partner with local Management on all HR Matters and aligning HR initiatives with the business strategy
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with Global / Regional HR processes;
- Play an active role in finding solutions to potential employee issues or challenges
- Ensure high integrity of local employee information and data
- Analyze employee statistical reports and support in business decisions and review of current policies and practices to maintain or improve HR service
- Manage the day-to-day office administration function and maintain efficient processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in managing HR and Administration
- High level of Integrity and Ethics
- An independent worker who is Self-Driven
- Organized and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines
- Passionate to deal with people in various levels
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in hands-on roles highly preferred!
- HR in a B2B industry experience a plus! (Manufacturing, industrial trading, logistics, life sciences, medical/healthcare, etc.)
