■ 優れたビジネスモデルや第三者機関による製造契約により、非常に高い利益率を誇ります。

■ 今回新設されたこちらのポジションは、社内最大のBusiness unitをFP&Aの面からサポートし、日本のHead of Financeに直接レポーティングしていただきます。

■ 7名のスタッフがA/Fチームに在籍しており、SAPとJD Edwardsを使用しています。(2つのディビジョンがあります)


Senior FP&A Specialis(米系上場化学メーカー)

- Manage the preparation of the monthly internal financials and provide thorough analysis of the actual results including key drivers of the various business units. 
Reports include:
- Monthly Internal Reporting Package 
o Income Statement
o Cash Flows (Internal)
o Balance Sheet- Working Capital Only (accounting/consolidations own balance sheet)
o Unit Trend Reports
- Management Reporting Packages
o Qtrly Business Unit Reporting Packages
o Monthly and Qtrly Reserve Trend analysis reports

- Annual budget review inclusive of assistance in development and reporting for all BU’s under Performance Solutions 
- Manage the preparation of forecast reports: 
o Weekly Sales 
o Monthly full P&L outlook to fiscal YE 
o Quarterly 12 month rolling P&L 
o Improve consistency & automation of reporting 
- Modeling of various business scenario’s
o Acquisitions
o Divestitures
o Equipment Financing 
o Capital Investment 
o Equity and Debt Financing Analysis 
- Drive consistency of reporting across all Performance Solutions Businesses 
- Special Projects as needed, examples include: 
o Projects associated with integration and assimilation of recently acquired businesses 
o Tracking of identified synergy opportunities across the vertical

Senior FP&A Specialist(米系上場化学メーカー)


- BS in Finance or an MBA degree with a Financial oriented background is highly preferred
- Must have at least 5 years high-level business analysis experience
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to synthesize information across business units and clearly articulate drivers of financial performance to senior management. 
- Understanding and familiarity with various financial statement preparation
- Willingness to travel to global business units on a periodic basis (i.e. quarterly)
- Knowledge of foreign currency accounting preferred
- Able to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment and implement changes quickly and accurately 
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advance use of Excel and PowerPoint is essential) and ability to master data access in ERP systems- SAP, JDE
- Ability to collect the appropriate data form different functions within the organization 
- Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple projects at the same time, and to prioritize the work appropriately
