Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Implement and manage compensation & benefits process and procedure
- Support the annual cycle of appraisals, salary review, bonus payments and prepare the related reporting.
- Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salaries.

Payroll management (Outsourced)
- Manage payroll activities working closely with payroll provider. Administer the sales incentive system for store staff.
- Maintain all personnel files.
- Monitoring the payroll accounting procedure in order to guarantee the balance between Finance system and HR reporting.
- Conduct the effective mapping in HR and Finance budgeting system to make an analysis of actual salary data.

Labor cost and headcount planning and control
- Responsible for personnel cost and headcount budgeting, forecasting and monthly controlling.
- Organization chart monthly updating.
- Headcount, FTE and cost reporting to Headquarter, including cost variance and trend analysis.

Human Resources Information Systems
- Operate HRIS at local level communicating with Head Quarter.
- Maintain the data in HRIS and Budgeting Planning system.

HR Policies and procedures
- Work with HR Director and Central HR department to implement human resources policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Identify gaps in existing HR policies; contribute to development and implementation of new / revised, locally relevant HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Business-level English
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of payroll/operations experience
- SAP experience a plus!
