- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
­- Meets with management to determine the role, responsibilities, and experience necessary for an open role
­- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
­- Act as business partner with field managers to develop talents at stores
­- Develop and execute field employee retention strategies
­- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
­- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruiting sources
­- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and agencies
­- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
­- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
­- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
­- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
­- Promote company’s reputation as an ideal place to work


- Experience in recruiting (in-house or a recruiting agency)
­- Hands on experience and expertise in conducting interviews
­- Strong people skills
­- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and in English
­- Strong judgement skills
­- Has a great ability to cultivate relationships and follow up with candidates
­- Result driven mindset
­- Eager to learn and think of new ways  
- Retail/fashion/luxury goods company experience a plus!
