業務内容
 
Logistics Operations
- Manage whole Logistics Operations from import to distribution (materials are imported from overseas manufacturing sites in Europe, US and Asia)
- Warehousing management (company has outsourced warehouses in Japan for some of their business units); the other products are transported directly to the customers
- The manager might also handle a small business unit (hands-on operations)
 
Manage and be wholly accountable for the order handling process and daily operations following compliance
- Manage and coach the Logistics/ CS team to strengthen daily transaction flow
- Strengthen and stabilize staff to work as multi-tasking interface to the customer by training 
 
Work closely with sales and be a partner in driving major customer and strategic issues 
- Provide logistics related information/support in timely manner, and involve in sales strategic issues from customer service side. 
 
Involve in company’s strategic & financial meetings and decision making process
- Work with management to define order entry requirements
- For special/strategic projects, acts as a coordinator, and provide support/advice to issues related to customer service/logistics
- Implement operational strategic action plans in order to achieve the sales targets
 
Audit and compliance
       - Export Control:  Duly submit required document requested by customers
       - Responsible for Audit (Customs, Internal, External, SAP)
       - SAP: As Key User, responsible for implementation, modification, and trouble-shooting
       - Customer’s EDI: Responsible for implementation to maintenance, closing account.

応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• Business level English
• Good interpersonal and people management skill
• Approximately 10 years of logistics/customer service experience
• Good SAP skills and knowledge
• Intercultural capabilities to work with people from diverse nationalities and cultures
• Good at communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking
