業務内容

- Lead one payroll team as a team leader
- Handle whole process of payroll for assigned group companies with 2 team members 
- Expat support
- Handle transactions of social insurance and employees' entry and leaving.
- Handle the irregular cases with Sr. Payroll Manager 
- Consider the improvement plan for the processes.
- Develop team members’ skills / knowledge
- Participate in the payroll vendor replacement project.
- Analyze the current processes
- Support to implement the digitization / harmonization in HR process
- Prepare for the various data for data migration
- Contribute to shared service team management as a key member
- Identify the further development opportunities with other HR Function members
- Pursue the perfect operational process
- Handle the various Audits
- Develop / Maintain SOPs
- Prepare for the various internal / external Audits
- Support / Lead HR various projects / initiatives

応募資格

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
­- Business level English
­- Self-starter, having good communication skill
­- Hands on type / Can DO attitude
­- Learn the new solutions / technologies related to HR operational processes, which is not limited to Payroll process but others such as Work Flow
­- Challenge new things positively without fear of change
­- Know all annual payroll duties and who can deliver and control all payroll duties all by themselves
­- Knowledge on Social Welfare and its yearly duty cycle (we outsource but need person knows the system)
­- Entry, leave staff management (mostly data management)
­- Expat support
­- Business level English
[Preferable]
­- HR (Payroll Related) Project Management experiences (Preferred)Expat support
­- Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel/Access (Vlookup, Pivot formulas, VBA)
- Experience handling payroll for a large number of employees a plus!
­- People management experience a plus!
­- Payroll project management experience a plus!
- HRIS experience a plus!
