This will be a strategic HR Generalist role in charge of providing a wide range of HR support for assigned business units.
ー Responsible for providing HR guidance/support to client groups
Coach and consult with management on employee performance issues
ー Provide guidance and direction to client groups. Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
ー Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy client groups requirements. Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital.
ー Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs. Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools ＆ processes and compensation ＆ rewards programs.
ー Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.
ー Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.
－ Bachelor's degree or higher
－ Relevant HR experience for a medium－large size global company （in－house or consulting ok）
－ Business level English
－ Strong communication skills
－ Candidates with experience in a HR consulting role who would like to move to an in－house HR position are highly desired！
