Responsibilities
- Manage a major TA transformation project
- Educate HR and hiring managers with new TA model.
- Develop recruitment strategy
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle along with other TA members
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
- Determine New Graduate hiring strategy and action plan to launch.
- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the recruitment life-cycle
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Business level English
- Talent Acquisition experience with high volume at mid-large size company
- Talent Acquisition process or project improvement experience
- Motivation to expand career in HR field
- Experience both in an agency and in-house recruitment a plus!
- Experience managing TA model transformation projects a plus!
- Experience working with a variety of external support including: 3rd party agencies, RPOs, job boards, etc.
