Responsibilities
Finance (80%)
- Daily accounting treatment and make sure there is nothing wrong with the financial
- statement
- Report financial data to the HQ according to the closing calendar.
- Submit monthly/yearly financial settlement
- FCST planning (AOP/LRP/QBR)
- Prepare major financial KPIs to operating team
- Provide analysis or project based financial data to support operating team
- Setup and improve internal control procedures and cooperate with internal or external auditors
- Cooperate with the accounting firm to accomplish the statutory audit and internal audit
- Control & Manage fixed assets
- Review the contract with dealers on financial viewpoint
- Coordinate with Logistics issues
- Manage Transfer Pricing Issues
- Manage Compliance Issues
HR/GA (20%)
- Timely recruitment when necessary
- Salary Payment
- Review company rule & policies in which should match with the governing laws of Japan
- Promote HR activities in timely manner all year around. (DCM/MBO evaluation, Incentive payment etc)
- Arrange internal web system
- Set up individual PC
- Review work process and improve them
- Support operation manager to improve Organization
- Control company furniture/facility
- Improve the environment of work
Requirements
- Business level English and Japanese
- At least 5 years’ experience working in Finance at a foreign capital company
- Strong with both Accounting and Financial analysis
- Excellent communication and organization skills
