Responsibilities

－ Acts as head of finance in Japan to internal/external stakeholders to navigate various data to find opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance

－ Lead Country Monthly Actual Results, Annual Operating Plan, Monthly Forecast preparation

－ Credit management to business balance growth and cash flow

－ Manage local assembly costing, analysis, and cost determination for cost down.

－ Oversee local finance statement and tax return filing matters through in－house people/outsourced professional firm

－ Maintains a robust internal control environment in terms of SOX through development of localized discipline to safeguard company assets

－ Provide coaching, sharing experience, and training to finance team in Japan

Qualifications

－ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce

－ 15＋ years of related financial experience

－ 5＋ years of managerial experience.

－ Familiar with JPN Tax Accts, JPN GAAP, and US GAAP

－ SAP, Hyperion, Excel experience

－ Business level English

－ IMA/CMA is a plus. MBA is preferred

－ Medical device industry experience is a plus
