Responsibilities
- Set and achieve goals for the Customer Service Center in accordance with company policies and business strategies.
- Responsible for maintaining work standards through management and supervision of staff, proper evaluation of work performance and advice.
- Analyze data from day-to-day operations within the team to improve processes, including appropriate allocation of resources, to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide reporting as needed to support the commercial department and management.
- Handles customer complaints and difficult inquiries that cannot be resolved by team members.
- Lead team meetings to keep members job and learning status, educate and coach team members on processes and practices and explain expected levels.
- Participate in global meetings.

Qualifications
- Management (or equivalent) experience
- Ability to think logically, understand overall optimization, and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability properly to negotiate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Coaching skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and other software required for data analysis
- Language skills (Japanese and English business intermediate)
