■ 本ポジションはJapan Finance Directorにレポートし、2名のFP&Aスペシャリストが本ポジションに報告をします

業務内容

- Lead preparation of the company’s strategic operating plan and budget. The responsibility includes a coordination of financial planning process such as information gathering, timely submission of financial data, preparation of slide deck 
- Timely prepare/review the quarterly financial forecasts. Promptly update the latest financial estimate in a weekly basis 
- Analyse operating results and key performance indicators including identifying key business drivers/trends impacting the operating performance. Prepare financial data summary and analysis for monthly closing reviews with the leadership team 
- Act as an adviser to the business leadership team not limited to financials but also strategic issues in many aspects. Advise risks and opportunities and ensure necessary actions are taken 
- Provide financial analysis and support for new product launches including pricing strategy and profitability for existing and new promotional programs 
- Work closely with the business and SCD to prepare and control monthly demand forecast 
- Rigorously control operating budget for total BLJ 
- Address ongoing ad hoc requests and projects requiring financial analysis, e.g., key account performance / Margin analysis by channel - Lead and supervise / coach FP&A team members

応募資格

- University degree in finance, accounting or related field / または同等の知識をお持ちの方
- MBA degree or CPA is a plus 
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A 
- International business experience and understanding of cultural and operating diversity 
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the financial functions 
- Experience in initiating and delivering the changes to promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Understanding of financial principles and working knowledge of GAAP, and how to apply the principles in financial analysis 
- Ability to understand the company’s business and products market - Fluent in English and Japanese 
- Strong business acumen 
- Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills and Hyperion knowledge 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills 
- Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, deductive reasoning, and sound judgement 
- Ability to communicate complex financial data in an understandable manner to influence all levels 
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure 
- Proven self-starter 
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, discipline, resourcefulness and empathy to others
