Responsibilities
Responsible for overall Finance including Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Treasury and Internal Control for all Japan 4 entities.
Support CFO for Corporate governance and Japan profitable growth strategy Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close, Tax filing, External Reporting, IFRS/J GAAP Compliance, Accounting systems/processes
- Manage to spending (150M Euro <), headcount (650<) and investment. Responsible for Quarterly FRFC(Finance Rolling Forecast) and related reporting. Responsible for Cash Flow forecast, treasury issues and bank relationship
- Responsible for business processes including Credit & Collection, AP/AR, billing/invoice, order evaluation, price change/correction and backlog management
- Consult with Head of Department and business functions for accounting treatment and finance related issues
- Lead Key projects such as ERP migration, legal entity integration and potential M&A. Work with global Tax team to align with global tax strategy

 

Qualifications
- People management の経験 5 年以上
- Accounting と Finance の経験 10 年以上
- Business English skills 英語語学力(TOEIC750 以上)
(Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference & Discussion)
- Business Japanese speaker with excellent communication and reporting skills
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good team spirit
- Logical thinking skill based on fact
- Account degree/MBA/CPA
- Min10 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance Field
- Min 5 years in a management position,
- IFRS and J GAAP, Tax and Treasury knowledge and high level of know-how - Ability to support other functions such as IT, HR, Procurement, Business Operations,
- Can network and interact finance and other functions in Japan, HQ and other regions
- Strong ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to go into details if needed but also able to see the big picture - Understand local business law and regulations to support company decision making
- Excellent people development and management skill
- Provide guidance and framework on technical knowledge on all covered area - Capability to lead team for global M&A or other projects
- Capability to coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects
- Experience on working for semiconductor industry
- Study abroad experience, Working abroad experience
- Overseas experience is a plus
