業務内容

Makes self and team fully available to stakeholders and/or customers. Build and maintain partnership between business leaders, including the Japan Executive Committee (JEC), marketing managers and brand leaders. Liaison between them and Finance during forecast and budget developing, monthly closing, and implementation of related process improvement

- Establishes a discipline of analysis and measurement within own team that facilitates decision making
- Support/manage the 4 representatives in the development of robust, timely and accurate Forecasts and Budgets, including: 
- Education of forecast/budget processes
- Obtain and review key assumptions and understand the impact they have on the business operations
- Discuss with business partners for identifying growing/saving/investment opportunities
- Liaison between Reporting team and business on business needs
- Support/manage the 4 representatives in Monthly/Quarterly closing process/actual tracking:
- Education of monthly closing processes (Accruals/Prepaid expenses)
- Having monthly/periodical review meeting with each Business Unit leaders, considering actions
- Leading process improvement over forecasting and budgeting with Reporting team and business, including implementation of global initiatives (Local Planning Tool 2019), automated sales conversion database, and new expense management tool
- Manages relationships and maintain communications between Managers/members of
- Create a culture that inspires and encourages individuals to develop their individual capabilities. Proactively seeks ways to improve team functioning, cohesiveness and effectiveness

応募資格

- Active business partner experiences with strong relationship management and change enablement skills. Minimum 5 years in a Finance role (both Business Planning and Accounting/Controllership)
- Minimum 2 years people management experiences for team management of 4 analysts
- Basic Accounting skill/background (Japan book keeping certification (Nissho boki) grade 2, or any equivalent)
- English communication in verbal/presentation/writing (Business fluency)
- Advanced Excel skill (ex .pivot, vlookup)
- Audit or consultation background, or USCPA, IFRS certification, Japan book keeping certification (Nissho boki) grade 1, or MBA including corporate accounting

Additional Requirements

- Strong analytical skills of financials /business plans, assumptions, act vs plans

Educational Qualification
Bachelors or above preferable
