Talent Management & Development
­- Identify development needs and carry out plans for employee development
­- Analyze organization and create plans for job rotation, career paths, core competencies for roles
­- Conduct employee engagement surveys and action plans based on results
­- Conduct performance evaluations of employees and action plan based on results
­- Create hiring plans, sourcing, assessing, and recruiting talent based on company needs
­- Training & development of new employees, onboarding, processing outgoing employees
Employee Relations
­- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and local regulations
­- Updating work rules 
Payroll & Benefits
­- Improve/upgrade current payroll and benefits processes
­- Manage payroll vendor (payroll is outsourced), answer employee inquires, ensure correct calculations
­- Manage attendance, salary calculations, and bonus procedures
­- Update and maintain employee database and improve data management
­- Manage and promote employee health and safety
- General affairs and administration tasks 


- Bachelor’s degree or higher
­- Business level English
­- 8 years or more relevant HR experience
­- Strong labor law and social insurance knowledge
­- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations
­- Strong experience with talent management and development a plus!
