- Execute daily distribution operation to meet customer requirement such as customer order management and shipment/delivery management.
- Handle daily ERP(Microsoft AX) operation with timely and accurate manner, which means mainly sales/return/inventory transfer order creation.
- Daily communication with customers, wholesalers, warehouses and transporters via email and telephone.
- Support his/her superior to plan mid/long term distribution strategy to meet FDM business growth.
- Manage logistics cost for FDM channel, clarify its cost structure and analyze it deeply.
- Execute continuous improvement for efficient process, cost optimization and system enhancement..
- Set appropriate KPIs, monitor them and create report on a regular basis.
- Process accounts payable for invoices issued by vendors and freight forwarders.
- Show his/her presence to related parties as a main contact for FDM distribution and build trustful relationship with them.

- At least 5 year-experience of logistics operation in mass market (GMS, supermarket, convenience store).
- Experience in food/medical industry, which handles products with shelf life.
- Experience using ERP system.
- General knowledge of Supply Chain.
- University graduate.
- Sales experience in mass-market is plus.
- Microsoft Dynamix AX experience is plus.
- Experience of a new warehouse project or similar project to build an distribution from a scratch is plus.
- Less opportunity for speaking, but speaking ability is plus.
- Business level English in reading and writing (TOEIC 700 or equivalent) is preferable.
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to endeavor for improvement.
- Ability to accept and handle multi/irregular tasks, working under tight deadlines and pressure.
