■ このポジションは4名のスタッフのマネージメントをしていただきます。直接のレポート先はCFOです。

業務内容

- Reporting to head of Finance, this position will take full responsibilities for Logistics and CS operations related issues
- Manage 3PL for on-time delivery to the customers
- Manage import from our HQ in Europe
- Control inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with our HQ and drive full compliance of our products to statutory requirements with the help of external consultants.
- Manage vendor’s quality testing activities, conduct local root cause investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
- Timely & accurate submission of weekly/monthly quality reports to HQ’s QA team.
- Work closely with our factories overseas to optimize our logistics operation
- Proactively report/initiate operational improvement plans
- Manage and develop 2 FT staff in logistics and customer services, plus 2 part-timers in repair operations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks

応募資格

- University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in multinational company is preferred
- Operations or quality assurance experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize, organize, follow-through and multi-tasking
- Quick learner and self-motivating with all tasks
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and being a team player
- Attention to details
- Logical thinker
- PC skills: MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT) intermediate+ 
- Experience in multinational company is a plus!!
- IT experience or ERP systems experience is a plus!!
