業務内容

- Team management
- On-time delivery of right products to right customers
- Proactive communication with external and internal customers
- Process improvement focused on order and delivery management
- Efficiency on logistics cost
Products in Scope:
- Reagent
- Instrument
- Spare Parts

- Receive orders and enter them in SAP to follow until delivery done 
- Make sure with warehouse deliveries properly arranged 
- Provide inform to customers in timely manner  
- Manage back orders
- Improve operations by measuring with KPI
- Dealing with phone calls/fax from customers and answer about prices, availability and deliveries, in a proper manner
- Manage cusomters’ complaint to solve, regarding supply chain related matters such as order-taking, delivery, our service and so on.
- Deal with return requests from customers by following procedure 
- Arrange returns with warehouse and follow till credit done
- Make sure with warehouse management that inventory cycle count is done properly according to schedule, and follow till all counting is completed, especially root-cause finding for the case of discrepancies
- Organize annual inventory count
- Manage 3PL(third party logistics) service provider to optimize cost and service
- Measure services with KPI and follow for improvement achieved
- Ensure that the set-up of SAP is updated for team’s needs and initiate changes when needed
- Act as a key user internally and externally (to global) 
- Manage Customer Master in SAP and in CRM

応募資格

- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- Supply Chain Management experience over 5 years
- Work experience in the same or similar industry preferable
- Required expertise: Order fulfillment, inventory control and transportation
- Experienced in 3PL vendor management
- Management or leading experience over 3 years 
- SAP experience or any ERP like Oracle over 3 years
- Good communicator with internal and external customers
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Positive and active toward challenges and improvement
- Good at dealing with stress
- Decision-making on complexity
