業務内容
The HR Specialist drives and manages the human resources policies, procedures and HR initiatives for organization in Japan.
■ In charge of full cycle staffing and onboarding for all business units
■ Utilize and provide support and training for HRIS system
■ Employee relations
■ Ensure compliance of HR policies and processes and reporting according to local
requirement
■ Employee development, and training under Corporate or HR team’s support
■ Implement performance management structure support to Japan President and
General Managers
■ Assist with other HR projects and responsibilities as needed
応募資格
■ Bachelor’s degree or higher
■ Business level English
■ 6 years or more relevant HR experience
■ Strong written and verbal communication, organizational planning
and problem solving skills
■ Ability to work independently and as part of an international or regional HR team.
