■ このポジションは直属の上司となるUSのグローバルサプライチェーンプランニングマネージャー、また他ににお本の日本のマネージングダイレクターにレポートしていただくお仕事です。

Position will take full responsibilities of holistic Japan supply chain to ensure effective operations on all functions of: Importing, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Warehousing & Distributions and Demand Forecasting in order to make a robust and competitive infrastructure, leveraging the company's logistics, synchronizing supply with demand, and measuring KPI.

- Demand management: Closely work with Sales / Marketing / Finance teams to review / evaluate / update the numbers with alignment of the Japan GM
- Supply planning: Accordingly develop / validate / manage the supply plan based on the demand aligned by the teams
- Import planning: Lead the import team and secure the compliance of the Japan food import regulation, and achieve supply chain efficiency with less logistics cost
- Warehouse management: Closely monitor the contracted warehouses’ service quality and lead KAIZEN/developments activity with them
- Inventory management: Lead the inventory team and achieve the optimized inventory level of the corporate target every fiscal year
- Order management: Lead the customer service team and achieve case fill rate under appropriate service level with less operating cost
- 3PL management: Manage the relationship with 3PL companies and renew the contract rate accordingly
- S&OP process: Own and run monthly S&OP process under close communication / work with all the managers / team members in Japan, US, Canada, Europe, NZ and so on
- People management / Organization development: Lead and manage the supply chain team members to achieve the corporate targets with appropriate coaching / advice and so on.


- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Japanese native speaker with solid Business English Proficiency
- A moderate user of MS Word/Outlook
- Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint System 
- ERP systems experience a must!
- At least 8-10 years’ experience of supply chain, preferably in Food, at least FMCG
- At least 3 years of people team(s) management
- Expertise within FMCG is a strong assets, preferably foods and beverages, at least FMCG
- Be able to handle and execution of supply chain related projects 
- Strong planning and organizing skills for multiple tasks
- SAP experience would be highly preferred!
