■ このポジションは4名で構成されるHRチームの一員となり日本のHRディレクターにレポートしていただきます。
■ チームで仕事を仕事をしていただきますが、個々独立した業務が多いので裁量を持ってメリハリのある仕事をしていただけるポジションです! 


- Partners with Hiring Managers to ensure that accurate information is gained and developed for targeted and speedy recruitment. Identifies and utilizes market relevant sourcing channels to ensure favorable outcome to cost, quality and time
­- Develop attraction strategies that align with company's business goals and 
­- Proactively grows and manages targeted talent pools to ensure there is a pipeline of quality candidates for future opportunities
­- Conducts professionally transparent recruitment processes, encompassing performance /strengths-based interviews, case studies, candidate testing, reference checking and background screening
­- Provides first-class recruitment and selection experiences for all candidates and stakeholders
­- Ensures recruitment systems and databases are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
­- Educates Hiring Managers on the use of the global and local recruitment processes and tools
­- Manages the approval process for appointments
­- Supports the HR Business Partner in the management of the graduate and intern programs Training & Development
­- Supports and implements global training initiatives and training tools
­- Partners with line Managers to source quality training and development solutions based on proper needs Assessment that is in line with the global training and development philosophy 
- Prepares Employment Agreements and Agreement Amendments
­- Manages the administration of the hiring and on-boarding processes
­- Manages the background check process via external provider


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Business level English
­- Experience as an HR professional including experience managing recruitment at all levels within a business
­- Experience with HR administration
- HR Generalist experience a plus!
­- Experience using a recruitment system a plus!
