Responsibilities

－ Accounts receivables and registration/update of customer data （AR）

－ Accounts payables （AP）

－ Inventory, fixed assets （Inventory）

－ Expenses reimbursement etc.

－ Support and prepare the reports to head quarter and affiliated company （Weekly, monthly / quarterly / year－end, etc.）

－ Other accounting and financial operations

Qualifications

－ University graduate or above preferred, or relevant experience

－ Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or above

－ 5＋ years of experience in Accounting/Finance

－ MS－Office （Excel = Pivot, V－lookup, etc.） skills

－ ERP system experience

－ Fluent in English communication

－ Positive, communication and teamwork ability

－ Corporate tax, Consumption tax filing is preferred

－ Oracle is preferred
