Responsibilities

－ Act as a business partner and work closely with CFO to provide financial support on company business strategies

－ Oversee entire accounting team and manage staff

－ Lead closing processes

－ Support with budgeting and forecasting

－ Cash management 

Qualifications

－ Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English

－ Attention to details and accuracy

－ 3 ＋ years of experience in managing / supervising accounting staff

－ Analytical thinker who can identify and solve problems or propose solutions

－ Advanced applications software expertise

－ University Degree

－ Certifications preferred （US/JP CPA, BOKI 1）

－ 10＋ years in a Finance ＆ Accounting role in retail industry with auditing experience is preferred

－ Accounting degree with CPA qualification is preferred
