Responsibilities

－ Manage entire finance function for Japan

－ Responsible for closing

－ Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reporting

－ Ensure compliance with local statutory and global guidelines

－ Manage 2 accounting staff

Qualifications

－ University Degree in Finance or Accounting

－ Proven experience in financial leadership role （4＋ years）

－ Sound knowledge of financial accounting ＆ reporting practices and standards （IFRS）, ERP system concepts as well as internal control－ ＆ corporate governance principles and tax law

－ Strong business acumen and sound understanding of the underlying reporting and planning aspects

－ Effective communication and proven leadership skills, committed team－player

－ Strategic orientation, cross－functional and cross－business networking skills.
