Responsibilities

- Coordinate the time of delivery of products to department stores, shops and other business
partners
- Communicate with the US headquarters and forwarders to create customs clearance and
shipping reports
- Instruct labeling for new products and repacking projects
- Manage product sales trends and inventories
- Oversee inventory data on daily basis and create a monthly report

Qualifications

- Business English level TOEIC 750 or above
- Previous experience in order management and inventory manage
- PC skills (Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Strong in analytical
- Must have sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Oracle and SAP is a plus
